Explore the restorative benefits of mindfulness meditation in a supportive space. We also explore embodied resilience practices which enable us to return to our natural sense of safety, balance & ease. You can sit or lie down & move if you need to. There will also be opportunities for reflection within the group as this is a good way to deepen your practice & to share our experience. This is optional though - there is no pressure to contribute, you can just sit back & listen.
The group is suitable for those with a bit of mindfulness experience - ideally you will have attended a course or workshops, although an understanding of the basics through books or apps is a good start.
When: Sundays 7.30pm to 8.30pm - every two weeks

Donations: Suggested £5 to £10 (20% goes to charity)
