An opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice within a supportive group. You will be guided through gentle mindfulness meditations & there will be opportunities to reflect & share our experience (there is no pressure to contribute, you may simply prefer to listen).
The group is suitable for those with a bit of mindfulness experience - ideally you will have attended a course or workshops, although an understanding of the basics through books or apps is a good start.
When: Sundays 7pm to 8pm (every two weeks)
Where: At home (via Zoom)
Donations: Suggested £5 to £10 (20% goes to charity)
