Online Classes during the Virus Pandemic

During these challenging times, looking after our mental & physical health is absolutely vital.  It is also very important to maintain community connections & continue to gather online. I am offering the following sessions online via the Zoom app which is free to download, secure & simple to use.  I understand that many people will be struggling financially due to the crisis, these classes will be by donations to ensure that they are accessible to everyone. 

*Classes are free for existing students who are NHS workers*

I'm an experienced teacher with a warm, gentle teaching style.  I specialise in stress-reduction & I ensure that students feel safe, supported & cared for in this private online space.

Yoga classes are open to existing students (past & present) as well as anyone who has done yoga before as long as you have no health concerns that limit your movement.  The mindfulness group is open to existing students, anyone who's attended a mindfulness workshop with me, & anyone who is already familiar with mindfulness.  Please get in touch if you'd like to join.

Online students will have access to a private Facebook community group where we can check in & where I will post guided meditations, readings & articles to keep us connected during this uncertain time.

Online Mindful Yoga Classes

 

*When: Mondays 7pm - 8.15pm

             Wednesdays 7.30 - 8.45pm 

*Where: Your home (via Zoom)

*Cost: 6 Class Passes by donation (£30 - £60 for 6 classes)

Yoga classes continue to be small & private so that I can guide you according to your individual needs.  Classes are deeply relaxing, mindful & breath-focused. They gently create space & strength in body & mind, enabling us to reconnect with our natural sense of peace. They are ideal for stress-relief. We finish with restorative stretching & a calming guided relaxation.  You do not have to be fit, bendy or strong to join a class. 
Yoga classes are open to anyone who currently attends (or has ever attended) classes & workshops with me in person.  There are also a few spaces for new students (if you have no major health concerns that limit your movement).

Online Mindfulness Meditation Group

We gather together to explore guided meditations, guided relaxations & mindful coping tools.  There will also be the opportunity to reflect on our mindfulness practice in these challenging times.  I specialise in reducing stress & on developing kindness & compassion. 

The group is open to all of my yoga or mindfulness students (past & present!) as well as people who are familiar with mindfulness who wish to refresh & deepen their practice.

Important: if you are experiencing intense emotional distress or have a history of mental health issues, please check with your care provider whether mindfulness is suitable for you at this time or contact me for a confidential chat.
