I run a variety of workshops designed to help you rediscover your natural ease, vitality & wellbeing in the present moment.  From afternoon retreats in beautiful venues to workshops in the community, schools & the workplace, there's something for everyone.  Practices include mindfulness meditation & other mindful activities designed to reduce stress & restore balance to body & mind. Workshops can be tailored to your needs & may include gentle, restorative yoga. We may also focus on developing self-compassion, nervous system support & developing embodied resilience.

Mindfulness Workshops in the Community 

Local community is key to health & resilience.  With that in mind, I've set up a network of climate crisis aware wellbeing practitioners at Zero Carbon Guildford, our local Climate Emergency Centre.

We're a friendly bunch of expert practitioners offering a wide range of effective, evidence-based workshops.  Sessions are free & are designed to be inclusive, engaging & enjoyable, with practical tips for resilience in these uncertain times. Everyone is welcome - whether you are just exploring what the climate crisis means for our future or are actively contributing to positive change.

I run compassionate mindful resilience workshops as part of the programme.

I just want to thank you so much for your brilliant Mindfulness workshop. I loved the structure of it & the meditations were so relaxing. I'm still feeling the effects tonight. Thanks for the lovely cuppa & goodies too. It was just great to see you in person again & also to meet the other participants who were so friendly. Amazing how quickly one can bond with a group!
