From peaceful retreats to community & workplace workshops, gatherings weave together mindful yoga, meditation, deep relaxation & other mindfulness-based activities to restore balance to body and mind.

Winter Afternoon Wellbeing Retreat

Take a pause to restore balance and ease at this nourishing afternoon retreat in the Surrey Hills. We’ll share gentle yoga, mindfulness, self-discovery and deep relaxation.

Held in a peaceful country home surrounded by gardens and beautiful views, the warm, spacious studio offers a calm space to reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world.

Our theme for Winter will be Mood-Boosting with Mindfulness. The perfect opportunity to support and nurture yourself during the dark winter months. 

When: Saturday 7th February 2026

Where: Kilnhanger, Nr Guildford

Time: 2pm - 5pm

Contribution: £60

Spring Awakening Day Retreat 

Welcome Spring feeling grounded and refreshed!

Join us for a peaceful yoga and mindfulness day retreat, designed to help you slow down, reset and get ready for Spring. Set in the beautiful Surrey Hills countryside, this uplifting retreat includes gentle Hatha yoga, guided mindfulness practices, restorative yoga and a nourishing seasonal lunch.

 

The day is led by experienced teachers Maddy and Amy and offers space to relax, restore your nervous system and rediscover your vitality.

Workplace Wellbeing Workshops

I run workplace workshops with a focus on stress-reduction. These are a mixture of education & experiential practice. We explore mindfulness meditation & other activities designed to reduce stress & improve clarity & concentration.

 

Workshops can be tailored to your needs & may include gentle, restorative yoga (space permitting). We may also focus on developing self-compassion, nervous system support & developing embodied resilience, depending on your needs.

Organisations that I've worked with include the NHS, as well as local businesses, charities & schools (as an ex-primary school teacher, I understand the pressures of teaching very well!)
