My yoga classes are deeply relaxing, mindful & breath-focused. They reconnect body, mind & heart, supporting the nervous system & enabling us to reconnect with our natural sense of ease. They are ideal for stress relief.​

I also create welcoming spaces where you can experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation within a supportive community.

MINDFUL YOGA CLASSES
My yoga classes are inclusive and open to everyone. You do not have to be slim, fit or flexible to join a class. Classes take place in central Guildford and online.

In these sessions, we calm the nervous system & return to our natural sense of safety, balance, & ease. You’ll also take away simple tools to support mindfulness in everyday life. Newcomers & experienced practitioners welcome.

What to expect at Yoga
My classes combine gentle, flowing sequences with mindful exploration of postures, always focusing on compassionate awareness of body & breath. Each class ends with a calming guided relaxation. Classes are kept small to allow for individual support.

Drawing on my experience as a mindfulness teacher, I bring a mindful, embodied approach that encourages openness, kindness & curiosity toward all aspects of life.

All bodies, abilities & backgrounds are welcome in our friendly community. (If you have a health condition that limits your movement, please check with your health care provider before joining a class).
What to expect at Mindfulness

My mindfulness groups are supportive spaces to explore meditation & other practices that help the body return to a natural sense of safety, balance & ease. There’s also time for reflection & sharing as this is a good way to enrich your practice. However, there is no pressure to contribute - you’re welcome to simply listen and be present.
Online Classes
Online classes offer added convenience. You can effortlessly practice in the comfort of your own home while still receiving individual support, guidance, & a sense of community. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to practice. You'll receive straightforward Zoom instructions – it's very user-friendly.
