My yoga classes are deeply relaxing, mindful & breath-focused. They reconnect body & mind, supporting the nervous system & enabling us to reconnect with our natural sense of ease. They are ideal for stress relief.​

MINDFUL YOGA CLASSES
My yoga classes are inclusive and open to everyone. You do not have to be slim, fit or flexible to join a class. Classes take place in central Guildford and online.

MINDFULNESS CLASSES

Mindfulness practice helps us reduce stress and strengthen our connection with ourselves and others. ​My sessions include guided meditation and other mindfulness practices. We nurture the nervous system, bringing us back to our natural sense of safety, balance, and ease. You'll take away practical tools to bring mindfulness practice into your daily life. Sessions are suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners seeking to delve deeper.

What to expect at Yoga
I blend simple flowing sequences with a deeper exploration of postures. The core focus lies in cultivating compassionate mindful awareness of body and breath. We end each session with a calming guided relaxation. Classes are kept fairly small, allowing for individualized support.

With my extensive experience as a mindfulness teacher, I bring a deeply mindful and embodied approach to each class. Mindfulness encourages us to be open to all aspects of life with kindness and curiosity, steering away from the impulse to fix or distract ourselves.
Everyone is welcome to our friendly community. No matter your body type, ethnicity, religion, or gender, there's a place for you in these classes. (If you have a health condition that limits your movement please check with your health care provider before joining a class).
What to expect at Mindfulness

My mindfulness groups are supportive spaces to discover the benefits of mindfulness meditation. We also explore resilience practices which support our bodies & enable us to return to our natural sense of safety, balance & ease. There are opportunities for reflection within the group as this is a good way to enrich your practice & to share our experience. This is optional though - there is no pressure to contribute, you can just sit back & listen. ​
Online Classes
Online classes offer added convenience. You can effortlessly practice in the comfort of your own home while still benefiting from individual support, guidance, and a sense of community. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to practice. You'll receive straightforward Zoom instructions – it's very user-friendly. Joining in has never been easier!
